In this first part of a two-night offering, we will be using and learning techniques and tools to help ease our bodies into a state of relaxation. From acupressure self massage to gentle Tai Chi exercises while using a variety of essential oils, this class is perfect for anyone experiencing physical discomfort, high levels of physical tension and circular thoughts that keeps your tissues tight. 

Covered in this class will be the concept of using chemistry, chinese medicine and deep, soothing breaths to create deep ease in the body and mind.
