In this second part of a two-night offering, we will be using and learning techniques and tools to help ease our minds and thoughts into a state of relaxation. We will be using affirmations, written exercises to uncover stressful thoughts and some light traditional chinese medicine acupressure points while using a variety of essential oils. This class is perfect for anyone experiencing anxious or stressful feelings, high levels of stressful thoughts or simply trying to get a good night's sleep.
