Breathwork is an invaluable resource and modality to help you energetically and emotionally move through blockages, stuck energy or issues, thoughts or feelings that hold you back from your highest good. When we take in our breath, we offer ourselves space and energy to process, digest and release what no longer needs to be in your life as it is. 

The offering will run 90 minutes and everyone is welcome no matter your level of breathwork experience.
