Each group breathe offers you the gift of connection to your own breath and to your intentions in an experiential way. Each gathering is slightly different and no two breathes are the same.
We invite you to come experience your highest good in grace and ease, letting go of what no longer serves you so you can plant the seeds of what you are ready to grow in your life!
