Does life have you feeling down? Are you tired of numbing yourself with various habits to get you through the day? Or have you just had it and really want a break? Join meditation and movement teacher Anna Brooke for this wonderful, fun class on using essential oils to ease any feelings of stress or anxiety.
We are beings made up of complex chemistry, and when we introduce complimentary chemistry to ourselves through essential oils, we give ourselves the chance to naturally rebound and reclaim our happiness and wellbeing.
We will cover the basics of essential oils and then play with the different single oils and blends that Anna has with her. We will be incorporating self massage, acupressure, some light stretching and a guided meditation to help ourselves feel as calm and centered as possible.
Everyone will receive some samples to take home with them as thanks!
