Journey to the Self: Art Therapy & Breathwork for Personal Transformation

Tickets here - https://www.eventbrite.com/e/journey-to-the-self-art-therapy-breathwork-for-personal-transformation-tickets-28965927870

Join Brooklyn Breathwork founder Anna Brooke and published Art Therapist Emery Mikel for an afternoon of deep, authentic personal exploration within the enormous potential of the new year!

Take a journey into yourself and tap into a new awareness as you follow a guided meditation and visualization down a path to receive something special and unique. Following this journey we will use art materials to process what can’t always be expressed in words. We will have a group breathwork session wherein you have the opportunity to relax into your highest truth, letting go of what no longer serves you with grace and ease. We will conclude the workshop with a self awareness process and brief group process. No previous experience in art, guided visualization or breathwork is necessary and plenty of support and guidance from Emery and Anna will help carry you through the practice. Perfect for those both familiar and unfamiliar with both breathwork and art therapy.

This workshop takes place at Central Arts & Recording, located at 1239 DeKalb Ave in Brooklyn. Class runs 3-6pm and costs $30.

If you have any questions, please email Anna at brooklynbreathwork@gmail.com!
